Monitary Policy
We do not accept Checks. We do accept all types of credit cards, as long at they have a logo on the card, and cash.
Purchase Return Policy All returns must be done within 14 days from original purchase and be accompanied by receipt.
Merchandise must be in resellable condition to be returned.
Upon inspection defective merchandise will be returned or exchanged. Any item deemed misused, mistreated, or tampered with will not be returned.
All refunds will be in the same form as original payment.
Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any remaining amount of $5.00 or more after purchase of a gift certificate will be issued as a gift certificate or store credit. Anything under $5.00 will be issued as cash.
Lawaway Policy All items require 10% or more of the item's price down to be put on layaway. Payments must be made within 30 days of the last payment until the item is payed off. Items without a payment for 60 days will be put back on the shelf and all payments will be forfeited.
Service Providers Appointment Cancellation and Changes Policy Please note: that we require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, then a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be required.
If the appointment becomes a No Call No Show, then we reserve the right to require that any future appointments would be paid in full, in advance, with no refunds.

To view the availability of your favorite service provider or book an appointment online, click on the link below, create a user id & password the first time you access and then you will be able to book your appointments 24 hours a day 7 days a week at your convenience. Please Note: We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of any and all appointments. Please be courteous to all our service providers in this regard. And please, when booking your online appointment, book on the hour or half hour, not on the fifteen minute slots.
